We offer a 100% FREE trial for our tutoring classes — no conditions attached! You are welcome to continue after the free trial if you find it beneficial.
Attendance Policy
Be On Time
The teacher will begin the class exactly at the scheduled time. If the student is not present, the teacher will wait for the full class duration. However, the session will be marked as an “unexcused absence”, and no make-up class will be provided.
If the Teacher is Absent
If the teacher is not present in the online meeting room, please email both:

We will address the issue promptly.
If a teacher misses a class, with or without an excuse, a make-up class will be scheduled within one month at the student's convenience, free of charge.
Absences (Missed Classes)
Students must inform the teacher at least 2 hours in advance to avoid the session being marked as an “unexcused absence.”
If no notice is given at least 2 hours prior, no make-up class will be offered.
Make-up sessions must be scheduled after the missed class and held within one month.
Short-Notice Cancellations with Make-Up Eligibility
Accepted in the case of:
Sudden illness
Death in the family
Technical issues
Provided the student contacts the support team to report the situation in time, we will then reschedule the class accordingly.

Please complete your monthly payment between the 25th and 28th of each month.
Payment should be made through the institute’s official payment method before the new month begins to secure your spot.
Transaction Fees
To continue providing high-quality service and dedicated support to our students and teachers,
a 5% transaction fee will be added to each invoice. This fee helps cover a portion of the processing charges applied by the payment providers.
We genuinely appreciate your understanding and support. This small contribution plays an important role in helping us maintain a smooth, reliable, and sustainable learning experience for everyone.
